The reason why adding milk to herbal tea is a disgusting and ridiculous act

In my opinion, adding milk to herbal tea is not good at all. I would say it is horrendous. Adding milk to tea can be all right, depending on your tastes, but adding milk to herbal tea defeats the purpose. It also transforms your light and tasteful herbal brew into a pale white mess which ends up tasting disgusting. It changes the flavour, and in some herbal teas, the milk can end up curdling. I find that very troubling. Most of the time, Milk can add a creamy and smooth texture to black and caffeinated teas, which some people may find appealing as a good tea. However, the addition of milk can also dilute a strong tea, making it less potent and potentially masking some of its natural flavours.
Most of the time, when herbal teas are consumed for benefit, adding milk can reduce the health benefits. And when you take herbal tea which is acidic, it curdles the milk. When the milk is curdled, you end up with a lumpy squashy mixture bobbing and frothing in your tea. Trust me, I have personally experienced this before, and it is not very nice. Additionally, people add milk to tea for a creamy texture, and creaminess in herbal tea is never a pleasant thing.
Picture a nice cup of peppermint tea. Then, picture blobs of milk going in. It just doesn't go together. Milk is just too heavy handed and rich for such delicate flavours.
However, herbal tea by itself is still very tasty. If you want to grab our strawberry and kiwi herbal tea, then click here to get it. Or if you'd like our ginger, cinnamon, and spiced herbal tea, just click over here. Thanks for reading my article, and if you agree, feel free to share and comment.
